We may use automated tools, including artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML), to analyze User Submissions (such as financial documents you upload) to extract data, detect patterns, or generate insights to support our underwriting and operations.

Important notes:

  • Final credit and funding decisions are reviewed by human analysts.
  • You retain ownership of your uploaded content.
  • You may request that your data be excluded from future AI training (not operational use) by emailing info@capital$ourcegroup.com with the subject “AI Training Opt-Out.”
  • Opting out of training does not affect our ability to process your data to evaluate your application, ensure security, or comply with law.

How We Protect Your Information

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we handle, including:

  • Restricted access to authorized personnel and vetted service providers

We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems. Payment data is processed securely by PCI DSS-compliant providers.
